The Hochpustertal cross-country skiing center and the Monte Elmo and Crosa Rossa / Sesto ski areas, which can also be easily reached by bus in a short time, are in the immediate vicinity.

The prices are per apartment and night for an occupancy of 2-4 persons and a stay of 3 nights.
Prices do not include local tax of € 1.35 per person/night (from 14 years).
Supplements & discounts
- Minimum stay: for a stay of less than 3 days, a one-time surcharge of € 30.00 will be charged.
- Final cleaning: € 40.00
- Pets are welcome: please inform us at the time of booking. For pets we add a surcharge of € 5.00 per day (pet food not included).
Once the booking is confirmed, a down payment is due either via bank transfer.
Your booking becomes binding once a written booking confirmation has been sent.
Even though we certainly don’t hope for it to happen, sometimes there are things beyond our or your control and holidays need to be cancelled or postponed.
In case of cancellation*, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations are only accepted in written form.
- Up to 30 days before your day of arrival, you can cancel for free.
- In the event of a later notification, we will charge 50% of the total price up to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation made up to the 8th day before the planned arrival: 60% of the total amount.
- Cancellation made after the 8th day before the planned arrival: cancellation fee 100% of the total amount.
- In the event of an early departure, we charge the vacation days enjoyed in full and the vacation days not spent at 90% of the agreed price.
* General note: We want to explicitly point to the statutory provisions art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection code GvD 206/2005. These state that there is no general right to withdraw from a binding contract. However, we do offer you the cancellation options detailed above, which you can also find in our general terms and conditions.
Adjusted cancellation conditions (Covid-19)
Should the current situation (Covid-19) lead to a border closure or an entry ban, free cancellation or postponement of the holiday until the day of arrival is possible. In the case of a Covid quarantine, we ask for proof of all persons and will find a solution with you.
